AI & Machine Learning
LLM products, RAG pipelines, and agents that make it out of the notebook and into production, where they have to survive real users.

We build AI-powered software and the infrastructure it runs on. Some of our clients are startups still hunting for product-market fit. Others are established companies replacing systems that have outlived their usefulness.
What we do
Most projects need more than one of these, which is why we keep all four in-house rather than sending you to a partner halfway through.
Why NixenTech
Plenty of agencies can write code. The harder part is handing over something that still works properly two years later, under load, with someone else maintaining it.
We use a model when it does something a simpler approach can't. Sometimes the right answer is a database query, and we'll say so.
Threat modeling and hardened defaults early, then automated checks in the pipeline. Retrofitting security the week before launch rarely goes well.
Design, engineering, deployment and support all come from the same group of people. Nobody gets to point at another vendor.
A shared board, a weekly demo of something real, and estimates we're willing to be held to. When a date starts looking shaky you hear it early.
How we work
Nothing exotic here. The point is that you always know where the project stands without having to ask.
We work out what you're trying to do and what's in the way, then write down what finished looks like so nobody argues about it in month three.
Architecture, interfaces and a delivery plan. You review all of it before we write any production code.
Short sprints with something working at the end of each one. Tests and security checks run on every merge.
We launch with monitoring already in place, hand over documentation your team can use, and stay on for support afterwards.
Tell us what you’re trying to do. We’ll come back with a realistic view of scope and timeline, even when that isn’t the answer you were hoping for.
